they charge $390 for a 10 minute medical consult with the most patronizing and dismissive medical professional i've ever had the misfortune of encountering, aka Mike Karls. left the appointment in tears because of how insanely condescending he was and his refusal to engage with any of my concerns.
So hard to reach and does not return phone calls. Also they have billed me for procedures that didn’t happen during my visit and it is such a pain to try to get them to remove the charges
Take a day off work to go here? Check. Show up and then told to sit for over 20 minutes past your appointment time in a small dingy room with hepa filters taped over all the vents? Check. Be unceremoniously told after less than five minutes that they won’t provide the service advertised on their website site and that you wasted your time? Check. Get deflecting denial that the doctor isn’t responsible because “they didn’t write the website”? Check But they’ll happily take your payment for all of this non-service. Don’t waste your time like I did.
I’ve become very frustrated with this organization. This is not too demerit the doctor who’s done an amazing job but the reception and customer care responsiveness and communication has lacked severely. There have been multiple scenarios in the last 12 months. I’ve called spoken to someone in reception and promised a call back. I do not get a callback so that I call back and then I get promised another call back and then I do not get a callback or I’ve asked to refill a prescription. They have said that they have sent it to my pharmacy. I then show up to the pharmacy. The pharmacy has not received that prescription from their office. I would like to understand why there’s a lack of communication going on with your team this is a medical office. It should be very simple to complete these processes.
Very disappointed with this place. I had treatment, and have been trying to follow up with my provider about adverse reaction. Used the website twice to provide details and request a callback. No response. Finally called and was told they had no record of my questions, blaming a new AI system that isn't working well to direct queries. Well then don't use it yet!
