If you need your watch repaired this is the place to go. Rosa is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Her services are also very affordable. I brought my watch in and she immediately identified the problem before carefully fixing it and double checking it was all good. I would definitely come back for any future watch problems

ROSA IS THE QUEEN OF WATCHES!! I found this vintage Pierre Cardin watch from an op shop. That had broken and not been ticking, Rosa fixed my watch within minutes and charged me a beyond affordable price for the repair!! She is such a kind and generous Lady. This is the only place in Melbourne I know I can trust with my watch. Could not recommend enough. She is an expert. Thank you Rosa!!
Definitely worth the effort to find Citizen Watch Repairs, very convenient close to Flinders St station. Rosa put a new battery in my Dad’s old Citizen, extended the bracelet and - hey presto! - fits great and keeps good time. All at a very good prIce, thank you to Rosa.
Honest, Fair and knowledgeable I visited Rosa on Monday 01/09/2025. She worked on 4 of my beloved watches and her work is impeccable. While I was at her shop for an hour and a bit, she received 2 phone calls about the jobs she already had with her. Her recall on each job and the way she responded to those calls gave me an understanding of why she received the silver certificate of commendation from City of Melbourne She is truly an asset to Melbourne CBD and a boon for watch enthusiasts.
