We used City Paws Downtown location for daycare for our new puppy while we went to the Vikings game. The facility was very clean and nice, and Sam, the young man at the front desk, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us some helpful information for some questions we had about Bella, and both he and the young lady in the play area were very patient when she was being uncooperative when it was time to get picked up! We also loved the report card- it was great to see pictures of how she spent her day! If we lived in Minnesota, we would bring her by every week. Thank you City Paws!
After moving to the area from out of state, I was looking for a daycare for my chocolate lab. City Paws was recommended and I took Bailey for an evaluation. She loved it and passed the 4 hour evaluation. She loved the enrichment activities that were provided and made friends in her group quickly (according to the report card). Everything was explained about packages, etc and I signed her up to regularly attend. She is a happier pup when she is stimulated and around other dogs.
Mine is a real Shaggy Dog story: my previous groomer canceled on me three times so my Standard Poodle's hair was very long and scruffy. I decided to try City Paws and I'm so glad to have found them! Lucy at the new Lyndale Avenue location did an awesome job but pictures are better than any words so I uploaded a before and after. Hardly looks like the same dog! Their facility is immaculate and I would not hesitate to try out their daycare services if I ever needed. Thank you City Paws!!
I brought my 2 year old rescue dog to City Paws for a basic wash and brush. No cutting. Included in the service was a nail trim, ear cleaning and they must have brushed her teeth because they were so clean. Great experience and the facility was spotless and inviting. The price was comparable to other spas but I asked alot of questions when I called to inquire about their services and I felt more secure leaving my pet in their care. I will be bringing her back again. The only thing i wish I would have requested is unscented bath products. I didn't like the smell of the product they used. For my personal taste it was a little overwhelming and I can still smell it a few days later. That is on me, I might have missed this request when I made appointment. Thank you City Paws!
Fantastic pet care! I leave both of my dogs here for boarding when I leave town! They do an excellent job! They provide extra add-ons such as one-on-one walks, nail trims, wash, etc... Try also have web cams set up so you can check in on your pets at any time! The service is wonderful! They are highly recommended!
