We had an agent with another realty company for months before switching to Mustafa at Clarke Realty. Mustafa was phenomenal and was able to restore our faith in the buying process. He was always prepared and ready to look at every property we sent over. He able to point out things we would have never even looked at. Mustafa is an excellent agent and I will refer him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the future. We got a great deal on a wonderful house and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without him and his awesome negotiating skills. 10/10!
Jeffrey Clarke is honestly one of the best realtors in St. Petersburg to sell your home. I used to be a realtor myself, so I really appreciated how above and beyond he went when an issue came up during the inspection. He personally called contractors and got everything sorted out, which saved me a ton of stress. Super easy to talk to, very professional, and just a genuinely nice guy. Definitely one of the top listing agents in St. Petersburg!
Mustafa is truly the #1 real estate agent in Florida. After months of having an investment property sit on the market with no movement, we fired our old realtor and Mustafa saved the day. He went above and beyond. From open houses, better images, and so much more marketing. He also went above and beyond coordinating work needing to be done, getting us a great deal, and keeping up with commission throughout the process. Truly the top real estate agency and top real estate agent! Thank you Mustafa for making this process seamless and for being such a joy to work with. Wish we used him for all of our properties and our only regret is not finding him sooner.
