Clay was absolutely wonderful throughout the selling process. He was available/accessible throughout the entire process and expediently and expertly navigated any challenges. He went above and beyond during the buyer’s inspection appointment- remaining the entire time, as the buyers agent never showed up. He is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in his field. Having a construction background, and, actually living in a home in the area, are additional ‘plus’s’. I highly recommend Clay for any real estate needs. A pleasure to work with.
Clay, Lisa, and the team at The Glover Real Estate Group were instrumental in us buying our lot to be able to build our dream home. They worked till late at night to get the offer in and luckily had a relationship with the selling realtor where he accepted Clay's call after hours to give us details on how we should proceed with the offer. This was a difficult transaction as the seller had multiple owners on the property who lived out of state so trying to coordinate all of the paperwork was a challenge to say the least. Closing went off without a hitch and I firmly believe that without Clay & Lisa the deal would not have gone through. Thanks for everything and we will use Clay again if the need arises and we would highly recommend to all friends & family.
