I'm a real estate agent and having my vehicle clean is very important. Been using Clean Freak for over a year with no issues. However today a young man told me at this location they would cancel my membership because I put my pass to the scanner vs having it on my windshield (I have replaced my windshield and it wont stick). I explained i agreed to their policy of charging me if I attempted to bring in a vehicle not related to the membership. Explained i was abiding by the membership and they can check my license plate. He just got snotty. You don't need someone hassling you where you pay good money every month. Do better. Solve my problem with a new sticker, don't threaten to cancel me like you have the only car wash in town.
I'm still chuckling🤣 about my car wash mishap this past Thursday (5/15)! I had no idea I was supposed to put my car in neutral, so I drove right through the wash. The staff were incredibly kind and understanding when I came back through, and they even showed me the sign and explained the process. No judgment, just great customer service. Kudos to the team for making a clueless customer feel welcome and valued. I'll be back!
Update: I got a gift card here because they didn't cancel my membership in time. When I tried using the card 6 months later it was empty.
