Cours énergiques utilisant des planches de saut et du matériel pour améliorer la condition cardiovasculaire et le toning musculaire.
Cours dédiés à l'amélioration de la stabilité du tronc, de la flexibilité et de la pleine conscience à travers des exercices ciblés de Pilates.
Retour individuel sur la posture et modifications de la part d'instructeurs expérimentés pour s'adapter aux blessures et aux objectifs personnels.
Great intro class with instructor Keke & welcoming studio and staff! It was my very first Pilates class. I felt so welcome as soon as I stepped into the studio. My instructor, Keke was welcoming, patient, and energetic. Appreciate you helping me learn and the opportunity to learn new things :) Let me visit again with my boyfriend soon (hope he will go with me😉😆) Thank you!!
Finishing my first month at Club Pilates Navy Yard and it has been a wonderful experience so far. Everyone at the desk I’ve met — Izabela, Gabby, Keke, Vincent, Jordan — have been welcoming, friendly and helpful with class & instructor recommendations. I’ve enjoyed the variety of classes. The Cardio Sculpts with Jasmin, Mirage & Teresa have been invigorating using the jump board. Abby & Tyra incorporated reps that were new to me in their challenging classes. I love alternating the Center & Balance classes with my Flow & Sculpt classes. And for beginners, I really appreciate the clear cues and individual feedback on form that Teresa and Mirage use in their 1.0 classes plus the focus on breath work and connecting it to movement. And Mirage throws in a tidbit or two each class about the history and evolution of Pilates which I find interesting! I wish the studio could add a few more sq feet of space to dedicate to a welcoming waiting area with some extra seating options. They’ve been working to improve the traffic jam at class crossover times by relocating the cubbies. The dressing area is still tight and not very user friendly for arrivals & departures simultaneously, especially during this cold winter season. Down the road if there’s a remodel, maybe they could appropriate space from the extra large single bathroom (or office/private studio if extra room in those spaces exists.) Thanks Club Pilates Navy Yard team for helping to improve my strength, balance & flexibility. I’m looking forward to my next month!
My first experience with pilates has been with Club Pilates in Navy Yard and it has been pleasant so far. I started about 2.5 months ago and have begun to see how pilates supports a healthier lifestyle. The Level 1 classes are truly beginner friendly and I have been able to work up to Level 1.5 classes already since then, which is great considering I’m recovering from an injury. They have a few instructors and each one has a unique personality and style, so it’s good to try a few to find your match. I just wish some mornings or afternoons offered more of a selection as to instructors to provide more options. Other than that, quite happy with my membership so far and looking forward to continuing.
The joy and excitement I get knowing the studio is so close to my home is immeasurable! 🥰 I've been a founding member since they opened, and every class has made me stronger and more confident in my ability to keep pushing on this platform. 💪 All the instructors are top-notch, as is the staff. They listen to you and teach at a top-quality level. I'm so glad I'm a member of the Navy Yard Club Pilates family! Organized and clean facility, skillful, enthusiastic and helpful instructors, and generous membership policy and exceptions. I have been a member for about a month, and I began to see and feel results after the first week. I especially appreciate the fact that the instructors make a point to accommodate physical limitations. Excellent experience.
