I would not recommend this location. They are a corporate business focused solely on making money. I contacted the owner, Jen, regarding a membership freeze due to a mental health crisis in a family member. Due to this crisis, I was effectively left without the finances to pay for the membership or the childcare support to attend the classes. The monthly charge was processed, as I did not give 30 days notice. I contacted the location, explained the situation in detail to Jen, and gave personal details which were difficult for me to share. She informed me that there was no possibility of a refund or credit (for a later membership). I was told that because I did not provide 30 days notice. I again explained that this is an acute issue, which I had no idea would happen 30 days ago. Again, I was met with little empathy and flexibility. She offered to waive the enrollment fee for a later membership, knowing that the membership I have does not have an enrollment fee. Overall, I was left feeling dismissed and disregarded during one of the lowest points of my life. I hope the $119 was worth it to them. I will be going to a local Pilates business in the future.
Started coming here after I could no longer do HIIT workouts due to an injury, didn’t think Pilates was for me before trying it, but I love it!!! Good class variety, clean studio, good instructors and playlists. I feel stronger and more flexible after coming to Club P consistently and enjoy the early morning classes.
Very nice facility and all of the equipment is very well maintained. Mixture of instructors techniques with something for everyone. For the most creative and challenging classes NICOLE, JASON annd TAYLOR are the BEST! Motivating, extremely knowledgeable, excellent cueing and every class is completely different. Really wish they taught MORE classes!!!!! This Club Pilates needs more of this level of instructors who are very experienced and creative and can push you without hurting you!! Would be five stars if they did!😁
I have been a member of this studio since its opening last December and have had a great experience at CPCW! All members of the staff are welcoming and the instructors are encouraging and patient. The classes here have had an incredibly positive impact on my fitness
Great studio! I've been coming regularly since they opened. It's a nice variety of instructors, class types, levels, and times offered. As someone who usually has trouble staying motivated, I'm so happy to have built a routine I love and can maintain.
