I recently had my rear bumper replaced. Their prices are very fair. Justin and Rick are great with Customer service. They're friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the repair. They pre-ordered the necessary parts and repaired my car in only 2 days. Rick arranged for Enterprise car rental to pick me up from the shop. They returned the car looking beautiful and even buffed out some extra minor scratches that were on my car.
I recently brought my car to CollisionDoc after a fender bender, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Rick and Justin were great to work with....super communicative, straightforward, and always kept me updated throughout the repair process. They fixed my bumper and exhaust perfectly, and when I picked up the car, it was fully detailed and looked better than ever. Great price and flawless repair. I brought my car to CollisionDoc for a rear bumper repair, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. CollisionDoc, especially Justin, was great with getting my bumper fixed! They were helpful with providing an accurate estimate (where the true total came out to lower) and was super friendly.
