We’ve been happy with Comfy’s service since they installed our HVAC system in 2017. During today’s furnace tune-up, Sergio was prompt, courteous, friendly and efficient. We will continue to call on Comfy for our HVAC needs.
Luis and Claudio did a wonderful job installing our new furnace. They were early to the job site, provided great communication, worked cleanly and efficiently and kept me informed of the installation status. They needed to relocate the thermostat and provided great advice for its new location. We are very happy with the work done by them.
Austin was my guy from start to finish, and I really appreciated the way he handled everything. I'm a very particular person in general, and his communication made the whole process feel easy. The estimates were thorough and meticulous, so you always knew exactly what you were signing up for. I'm pretty sure I put him through the wringer at times, but he was consistently patient and professional. He and his team even convinced me to go in a different direction from what I originally planned. In the end, I'm glad I listened, I'm extremely happy with my new setup. Not only do I now have both heat and AC, but they also helped minimize the visual impact of the mini-splits, which was a big deal for me. The install was great too. Miguel was respectful, answered all my questions, and kept me informed anytime something didn't go exactly as planned. Overall, the team really worked with me to get things right, and I appreciate the effort they put into the project.
Sergio did an excellent job from beginning to end. He called me and said he’d arrive within 30 minutes and did. He diagnosed my problem and installed a new thermostat. He showed us how to work the new thermostat. He was polite, patient, and very knowledgeable. I am going to call Comfy and schedule maintenance on my furnace and I will ask for Sergio to return. The
Very happy with Comfy's heat pump installation. They scheduled and managed the asbestos abatement and permitting. The pricing was transparent. The workers were friendly and professional. When an issue came up, Miguel explained both the problem and solution to me before proceeding. The installation was completed neatly and is working perfectly
