These guys just stopped by today and the whole thing was absolutely incredible!! I built my first pc and had trouble, and he not only looked it over but explained everything start to finish too, genuinely a pleasant knowledgeable guy and I could tell he was passionate about the work he does. Highly highly rec!!
Put in a contact request and was immediately called. I was given detailed information on the pricing and was told I would be called the same day for availability. Less than one hour later I was contacted by Eddie and was told he could be here in 30 minutes. I just needed a cleaning of my laptop from typical toddler proximity (i.e. lots and lots of crumbs and a possible ant infestation (I know gross)). Eddie was here in 30 minutes and was so accommodating! I needed a quick turnaround because I use this laptop for work. He was so friendly and understanding. He was in an out in about an hour, maybe less! I will definitely be using this service in the future when I inevitably will need it and I will be singing their praises to all who will listen. Thank you thank you thank you Eddie!!!
Wonderful experience with Andy as he set up our new desktop and printer. He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I have used Computer House Call before, and trust them with my computer needs and questions.
I highly recommend this company. I contacted them for a printer issue. The technician, Ben, arrived right at the promised time. He texted several minutes in advance to say he was on his way. He corrected my problem in minutes, competently and efficiently. At my request, he remedied a couple of other issues I was experiencing, capably and quickly. He was friendly and amiable. If you need an at home computer repair, by all means call Computer House Call.
The best IT help ever! My laptop started running very slowly. I contacted Computer House Call and had an appointment for the next business day. Andy figured out the problem and fixed it. In the process, he showed me several things about the computer that I didn’t know and answered – very patiently – basic questions about laptops. He also advised me on buying my next computer. I also appreciate having an expert come to my house – no leaving my computer at a repair shop!
