Fantastic service from Cool Mack’s Air & Electrical. Great communication and timely bookings. They serviced two of our aircons and replaced one, offering multiple options. Ryan and Max were outstanding—couldn’t have asked for better help. Highly recommend!
Ryan assessed our old A/C as not economic to repair and came back later and installed a new unit, including moving the outdoor unit up onto the wall and off the ground. Quality of his work was outstanding, great attention to detail and he was excellent to deal with. Highly recommended.
I had a great experience with Ali from Coolmacks. He was very responsive, professional, and was able to quickly resolve the issue with our ducted system. The work was done on a short notice and during the holidays season. Highly recommended.
We had an amazing experience with Coolmacks after our ducted air conditioning system was damaged by a frog. Their service was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear and prompt, and they took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Their pricing was competitive, and they went above and beyond by helping us provide all the necessary details for our insurance claim. Excellent company to deal with from admin to technicians doing the job. Extremely professional, neat and tidy and know their stuff. Well priced for the level of work and service they provide. Ryan attended promptly to sort out a less than great install from another technician and I was so impressed gave them the job to install 2 more units. Again extremely impressed. Quality of the install miles above previous ones and cost about the same.. Will now use them to service all the air cons on an annual basis. Really can’t recommend these guys highly enough.
