We have just had our house, carport and decks all done with Surepaint and could not be happier! They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. From my initial and ongoing contact with Yasmin in the office, Glenn for providing a very thorough and detailed quote, Janice in accounts and Hercules for his great project management. The painting team themselves are also phenomenal - thank you Paul, Blair, Brenton and Carl. Your communication, expertise, knowledge and attention to detail were noted and greatly appreciated. Everyone from the company was a pleasure to work with and I would like to say a huge thank you to the whole Surepaint team for making this such an enjoyable experience. Five stars and definitely recommend!
Taufik and his team from Surepaint were respectful and professional. I am super happy with the end result. My favourite is the carport. The communication from the initial enquiry to the end result has been excellent. No problem for Taufik to drop by and do a quick touch up after job finished. ✅

Although their painting supervisor was lovely, I had a very disappointing experience with Surepaint. They advised me that my job was completed, but the quality was poor, and there were omissions from the scope of work. Despite contacting the company to address these issues, this occurred another four times, with the job not being remediated to standard. I was not provided with a defects list, extension of time, or a contract variation at any stage. The job was 18 days late. The Liquidated Damages sections of the contract only allowed for $1/day for the delays - QCAT recommends $50/day. Make sure you update this section should you proceed with your job. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Surepaint.
Glenn and his Team of professionals repainted the ceilings', walls and all of the enamel doors and surrounds of my 4 bed two bathroom home, prior to my property going to market.. even the Sales Agent commented on what a high quality job it was when completed. No fuss, great workmanship, just a fantastic job with no fuss with no delays and a great price too ! Thankyou Surepaint, i would recommend your services to anyone looking for a great job thats value for money. Joanne
