Last night my fiancé and I went to Cooper’s Hawk for about the fifth time. We’ve always had a great experience, however, our server blew all of our experiences out of the ball park. Amanda Lee was not only a great waitress, but she was REAL! She was very social with us, cracked jokes, and made our experience like no other! Our food and drinks were amazing. If you have the opportunity to visit Cooper’s Hawk, I highly recommend trying to get Amanda as your waitress! 😊

I have been always wanted to try this restaurant, as their food is described as made fresh. They did not disappoint! It started with a flight of wine tasting at the wine tasting area, (the young man was knowledgeable and did an excellent job, in spite of there being many people). My meal was made well and very tasty. It was fresh, it was hot, and the price was fair. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and overall great. It was a very busy evening, and while you might think the food or staff would be stressed, I could not see that in anything. Everyone did a great job, from the hostesses to even management taking the time to personally check on us, it was a wonderful experience I will do again. I recommend this restaurant and look forward to trying different things on the menu next time!

Our experience was top notch! I ordered the braised short ribs and it did not disappoint! The flavors were amazing. I also ordered the Romance Red wine that’s sweet. Very good! What made our experience even better was our server, Jordan. She gave us the best recommendations, was super sweet and very attentive. I hope the next time we come we are seated at her table again!

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this place deserves it. The birthday meal started off good with our drinks and appetizers. We then had to wait close to an hour for our entrees. All because the managers decided the larger group was more important than our earlier reservation. The food that eventually came out was decent but clearly rushed and not worth the wait. The meal was discounted and there was an attempt at an apology but that doesn’t change a bad experience.

We went to an anniversary lunch upon the recommendation of a friend. Everything from start to finish was phenomenal including food, service and atmosphere. Our server, Alyssa B was friendly and attentive. The bruschetta was THE best I've ever had and I order it often when we go out. The Dana chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned, my husband loved the spaghetti and the strawberry dessert hit perfectly without being too sweet. We will definitely be going back. Favorite dinner out in over a year!
