This is a LONG overdue review. I have had the pleasure of working with Copy for well over a decade, and I simply cannot recommend them enough. They do exceptional work, offer exceptional customer service, and are an exceptional member of the community. I LOVE COPY DOT COM and every single staff member there is a literal, actual angel from heaven, and so patient when I roll in all flustered with a demented print order!!!!! Went in today and I loved how attentive and welcoming the staff was! Walker helped me figure out exactly what I needed definitely recommend for any printing services.
This is the best place to go if you care about a quality product AND a quality experience. I lucked into working my with Amanda M. once and she’s been my go-to for everything for the past two years. She’s incredibly calm, patient and helpful with any and every project I send (even at the last minute). The staff is overall great, not a stressful environment to be in as a customer. Definitely feels like a collaborative experience.
Thank you Steven Walker and Copy .com for the amazing service and beyond my expectations of the two jobs I brought to them . The store is so nice and comfortable to work and wait in and the employees seem Hapoy to be there and connect with customers . It’s been awhile since I’ve been this impressed with customer service any where . Can’t wait to come back and visit Walker and the other folks here for all my projects .
