Dr. Wu provides exceptional care. He is so personable, easy to talk to, and is extremely knowledgeable. He is patient, kind, and a great listener and communicator. I trust his care and expertise. The staff is caring and will get the answer to any questions I may have. What I also like is that the providers all take pride in learning about the newest technologies and sharing that information with their patients.
Farzaneh is incredibly warm, kind, and compassionate. Additionally, she is a very knowledgeable medical aesthetician and is highly skilled at her craft. I felt like I was in good hands while she did a thorough examination of my skin, and I appreciated her taking the time to walk me through all of the procedures for my customized facial. Everything from the environment, the explanations, and the procedure itself were calming and relaxing. My skin is already so much healthier and happier after my first session, so I'm looking forward to coming back for more treatments!
My doctor is Dr. Elizabeth Cooper and let me tell you she is THEE absolute best! Very attentive to the issues you are having and genuinely concerned about your well being. She called me a couple of times just to check to see how I was doing...who does that anymore?! So professional and so knowledgeable-I truly lucked out having her as my Dermatologist. She is a keeper!

Loyal – A Standout in a Field That’s Lost Its Focus I’ve seen Dr. Loyal twice now, and intentionally waited before writing this—because in the world of cosmetic dermatology, initial impressions can be misleading. Too often, the results don’t hold up once the “fluff” settles. But in this case, I can now say with full confidence: the results are exceptional, and consistent. I didn’t walk in asking for discounts or package deals—I came in expecting one thing: a result worth the money. That’s hard to find these days. What I got was not only excellent results, but also an experience that felt precise, respectful, and refreshingly professional. Dr. Loyal listens. He doesn’t rush. He doesn’t chat over your head with his assistant while poking your face like you're not there (a habit I find incredibly disrespectful and sadly common among his peers). Instead, he is fully focused—present in the room—and that shows in the grace and quality of his work. He clearly takes pride in what he does. I’ve been to many top surgeons, and have tried other clinics for lasers and injectables—but I came back to Dr. Loyal, and I’m glad I did. Now I’m a loyal client—not of the clinic generally, but of Dr. Loyal specifically. He is the reason I return. The staff is also very professional and kind, which adds to the overall experience. But make no mistake—Dr. Loyal is the real differentiator here. If you’re tired of superficial experiences and you want results backed by real attention to detail, this is your doctor.
I fly all the way from Phoenix to San Diego just to be treated by Dr. Wu and his team. It’s 100% worth it every single time. From start to finish, the experience is nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Wu is truly best-in-class. Highly skilled, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He takes the time to walk you through every step of the process and makes sure your concerns are addressed with honesty and clarity. His team is equally phenomenal, professional, attentive, and always welcoming. I’ve had tattoo removal treatments before, but nothing compares to the quality of care and results I’ve received here. The technology is top-tier, the facility is spotless, and the service is unmatched. If you’re serious about tattoo removal and want the best possible experience, don’t waste your time anywhere else. Dr. Wu and his team set the gold standard. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
