I went to have my wrist checked out bc I was in excruciating pain. It was so sore, I couldn't even hold a pen to write my name. I knew it wasn't broken, but I had no idea what was causing it to hurt so much that I couldn't move it. Turns out, it's carpal tunnel. I had heard of it before, but I still wasn't sure what it was & how I got it, & they were able to explain it to me in clear, plain, English so that I easily understood it. They were able to diagnose me without having to do any x-rays, & had me more comfortable than I expected to be within a few hrs. They told me how to keep treating it, & I have been doing so. I should be ready to go back to work in 4-5 days. I didn't have to wait to be seen, & they were so very nice. This is the 2nd time I've been there, & both times they have been nothing but caring, sweet, & professional. They make me feel like I matter, & don't charge me a whole year's paycheck. I don't believe I can thank them enough. I highly recommend them, & I will always go there.
I had best experience at a Health Care facility when I visited Covenant Health Urgent Care. Very professional! The Doctor (Lydia) was very easy to talk to, young (30 year old gal) and her Assistant (Arden) was also exceptionally nice and professional. Doctor Lydia is a very good listener and has a lot of empathy for her patients. I highly recommend Covenant and especially this youthful Doctor Lydia. Review should be 10 Stars..
Dr. Palmer and Nurse Arden took excellent care of me and I plan to return to this facility the next time I need them. They were professional, kind, caring and thorough. Dr Palmer was right on point with my treatment and we were able to prevent me from going on the slippery slope to pneumonia. This is an EXCELLENT Covenant Health Team!! Not to mention Ms. Jean at the front desk!! WTG!!
The wait was fairly long but when I saw the Doctor she was thorough and diagnosed what I had. I was pleased with the results. I got the medication that was prescribed and I'm feeling better already. To be fair about waiting...there were several people ahead of me.
This was our second visit to Covenant Urgent Care, and once again we had an excellent experience. Dr. Palmer took exceptional care of us — he listened attentively, explained everything clearly, and prescribed effective medications that helped right away. The wait time was reasonable, and the overall environment was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, kind, and truly helpful. Highly recommend Covenant Urgent Care for prompt and compassionate care.
