Staff and Doctor were very efficient, professional and understanding. Provided treatment on site and follow up. Will return if needed. Post review follow up: If you want a record of visit or medications given, you have to ask for print out on way out. None is given and no link or online way to retrieve after appt. Suggest Fast Pace consider use of MyCharts or other source for patients to see thier record.
This place is awesome. I am an otr driver from California and had to do a drug test. My safety company had ordered it incorrectly through some company. The staff at the Western ave location were patient and straightened everything out for me. It wasnt their error and they fixed it in a timely manner. They are the best and extremely professional. Shout out to Olivia and Aaron ! Thanks
I had a truly wonderful experience at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, the care was exceptional. The receptionist greeted me with kindness and efficiency, setting the tone for the rest of my visit. The nurse was attentive and made me feel comfortable right away. The EKG/radiology tech was so so friendly, thorough, and reassuring. A special thank you to Ginger, NP, who genuinely listened to every one of my concerns and provided the best care possible. Her compassion and attention to detail made all the difference. The entire team was quick, caring, and incredibly professional. I’m so grateful for the great experience and would highly recommend this Urgent Care to anyone close to my heart.
The service is very slow. Nothing about this place is fast. When asking how long since I was next on line, I was told “I don’t know” Been here for 40 minutes, waited over 30 minutes for results and to see a physician, I asked a nurse- I think she was, not sure , no badges…. When I came in there was no one absolutely no one in the lobby when they brought me back to check my weight and put me in a room. All of the doors were open with no one in there. I have one hour for lunch. I was there for an hour and 15 minutes again nothing fast about this place. The nurses or whatever they are because they did not have badges on are very rude and unlimited on their words. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The doctor that did come in was very plot explained everything.
I had a very positive experience. The entire staff was phenomenal and so personable. I can't remember a time where every person I've encountered in a medical office was so pleasant and put me at ease. NP Ginger is smart, kind, and listened to me as did the other staff. Wait time was not bad at all; I'm happy I chose to go receive care here.
