10/22/25 My experience is still on going with Crash Champion and thus far it has been poor. I scheduled and dropped my car off one week ago and they still have not completed disassembling my car to determine all that needs to be replaced or repaired. I called 6 days after dropping my vehicle off and they were unable to give me any update. The women I spoke to, although pleasant and professional, stated she had no information to provide regarding my vehicle. She attempted to speak to her manager but was told he was busy and would reach out to me when he was available. He never did, so I called the following day to learn they have not completed the disassembly and evaluation of my car. If you intend to do business at this establishment be prepared to wait a large amount of time for them to even evaluate and provide an estimate for your car. 10/28/25 This is a continuation of my review. I am still waiting for this establishment to complete there evaluation. It has now been 13 days without the completion of there estimate. The owner commented on my review requesting I email to get this matter resolved. I did and received no response. I highly recommend no one do business with this establishment as they do not complete there work in a timely fashion and also do not answer phone calls or emails.
Dropped my car off on 09/29/25 after someone hit it while parked. Overall scope involved body work to remove the damage and replacement of rear windshield. Since Crash Championships was less than a block from where my parked car had been hit and they were an approved repair shop for my insurance taking it to them for repair seemed like the most convenient choice. In dropping off the car I reviewed the damage with John Moroni, the general manager. There was some additional damage to a rear tail light housing and bumper that had been caused by someone who had hit my car. I made it clear this damage was not part of the accident under the insurance claim. John offered to get me an estimate with a good price since they would have to remove the bumper, etc. as part of the repair so most of the labor would be covered by the repair under the claim and told him that would be great. To be clear the overall repair work done under the claim was fine but there was an extended delay caused by finding replacement glass. I had called several times in that period to try to get an estimate and finally spoke with a tech on 10/10 who reviewed and sent me a photo of the area to confirm the damage and promised an estimate by the end of the day or Monday. I never got that estimate and had to call on 10/15 and spoke with Mohammad to explain that I spoke with the tech on Friday of the previous week and he was going to get me an estimate for the additional out of pocket repairs. Finally I got a call back from a woman whose name i don't remember but was working the front desk when i had initially dropped off the car for repair and she indicated the tech no longer worked for the company. She offered the estimate as either for the individual repairs (tail light and rear bumper denting/paint) and she gave me the numbers over the phone and said John would get me an estimate via email. During the course of that call I essentially said that the cost quoted seemed fine. I got the copy of the estimate from John the following day and replied telling him that the estimate seemed reasonable, which would imply with them proceeding. I also sent a follow up to ask on the ETA/ETR since last I had hear they were awaiting the replacement glass and he responded saying the repair would be done "on Friday" but wasn't specific as to whether he meant the next day or the Friday of the following week. Today I get a call saying my car was repaired after waiting three weeks. I walk over to pick up my car at 5:30pm and Mohammad says I owe $200.00. I mentioned that there was an estimate for additional repair and get another deer in the headlights moment so basically said, 'Let me go outside to look at the car." The cracked rear tail light housing and damage was still there. After Mohammad attempted to get someone to come speak to me he gets John Moroni who indicates that I never signed off on the estimate and I explained that I spent three weeks chasing them down on it and indicated that I was okay with the cost verbally. One would think that if you hand a customer an estimate or give them a verbal quote and they say, "Great!" and you need signed authorization that the follow up would be to tell the customer to come by and sign authorize it. Instead they spent three weeks not calling me with any status updates on the repairs and dropping the ball on getting me an estimate. John's attitude that this seemed to be a problem on my end were one of the most ridiculous customer service experiences I've ever had with a repair shop. He then asked if I wanted them to complete the repairs and I was like, "No, I'll get someone else to do it." Two star review as once the work was completed the work itself covered under the claim was fine but 0 stars on follow up and customer service. So they might do great work but their customer service is a dysfunctional mess.
Aria was good. Provided updates and even asked for approval when the part wasn't aftermarket like the bumper being replaced. The new OEM bumper looks good. Customer service was excellent. The quality of the job was great. Highly recommend.
I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with my service provider, Aria, was extremely communicative and attentive. When I informed him that I would be out of town, he went out of his way, worked overtime, to make sure that I would get my car back before I left. I did not catch the name of the women who helped me at the front desk but she also was extremely patient and helpful each time I came in. She explained the whole process thoroughly and left me confident in the service I would be receiving. Customer service like that is unmatched and I will always recommend this place to people in the DMV area.
Came in for a window glass repair and some dent work on the door. The shop was clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was right on time. There’s plenty of seating while you wait. Overall, great experience, would definitely recommend.
