There is no one better than Creature Comfort. Dr. Erin has always been my babies Dr. She takes such good care of them. She has been with us through our highest of highs and our absolute lowest. Her caring heart makes her such a wonderful person and Doctor!! We thank you so much for the love and care you give my babies. Jake, Jesse & Maxx loved her and now she is taking care of our Riggins and he loves her to, she gives snacks lol
On Friday morning, I submitted a fecal sample for my bearded dragon to Creature Comfort for parasite testing. The receptionist informed me that no one was available to conduct the test at that time, but assured me that someone would be able to and would contact me with the results. After processing my payment, she instructed me to call by 4:30 p.m. if I had not received any updates. I attempted to contact them at 4:00 p.m. for an update, but they were unable to provide me with any information as Dr. Tran had already left for the day. On Saturday, I received the test results via email, which indicated that labs should be sent out to determine underlying issues. Dr. Tran was scheduled to contact me upon his return to the office. I attempted to contact Dr. Tran around 9:30 a.m. on Monday to inquire about the status of the test results, but was informed that he was occupied with other patients. The receptionist mentioned that another veterinarian had called in with an emergency, but left a note for Dr. Tran to contact her as soon as he became available. I expressed concern about the delay and offered to seek treatment elsewhere, but the receptionist assured me that I would receive a call from Dr. Tran before the end of the day. I subsequently sent an email after lunch requesting another update, only to be given false assurances that I would be contacted. As of Monday, after the office had closed, I never received a call as promised. While I understand the challenges of staffing shortages, failing to contact me and provide test results of a reptile as promised is unacceptable. Had I been informed that they were unable to test for a serious infection on Friday, I would have opted to seek treatment elsewhere to determine if my bearded dragon requires medical attention. I trusted Creature Comfort to care for my reptile, and they failed me. The cost is not a concern, and I would have gladly paid triple for the test results to obtain answers. I regret using their services, but this is one mistake that I will never make again.
Dr Tran saved the life of my bearded dragon Bella. I highly recommend them they are very nice, professional, and actually care about their patients like we do.
We love Dr. Tran and all of the love he has provided to our 9 year old dog Harley! He's an amazing vet, with a knack for dealing with anxious dogs. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to figure out what's going on. We are so glad we switched to Creature Comfort! Best decision we made for our dogs!
We can't say enough about how amazing Creature Comfort is. The entire staff is so caring and loving towards our furbaby. They have been our family vet for over 25 years. They have been there through our highs and our lowest of lows. Dr. Erin is the BEST!!! I don't trust anyone else to take care of our babies. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking such awesome care of us. Riggins loves you Dr. Erin
