This clinic is fatastic! They are personable when you see them in person. Over the phone especially is great, too, which is a rare find in doctor clinics these days. Every time I have called, they have called me back quickly & my concerns have been dealt with quickly, too. One time I was having a reaction to a medication & the returned call & receipt of a new prescription by my pharmacy happened within 15 min. Now THAT is awesome! :)
Dr. Hensley was pleasant and thorough in his diagnosis and treatment options. My only negative is that I still have not received the new RX he was to have called in. He was checking with my primary to review my last blood work, but it's been 10 days since my appointment and I have heard nothing. Overall was a great appointment.
Dr. Debra Slay is AWESOME! She takes time to listen to your concerns, provides you with competent reassuring responses and makes you feel comfortable during conversation and as much as possible when completing a procedure. I had skin tags removed she explained what pain or discomfort I may feel during the procedure and tried make it as painless as possible. professional service, great staff and considerate of your scheduled time no long wait time.
I love this practice! I had been to another clinic and was not at all impressed. I was hesitant to try another clinic. Boy am I glad that I did! Friendly from the minute you walk in till you leave. Exceptionally skilled doctors, take the time to explain why things need to be taken care of. My 3rd visit, always consistent excellence, I am a huge fan, my faith has been restored! Highly recommended this outstanding practice.
It was easy to make an appointment. All paperwork was done on line without any issues. Got to my appointment early and was seen almost immediately. Love not having to wait around for extended periods of time. Dr. Vaughn and his nurse were very professional and friendly. They discussed my issue and gave me the appropriate care and knowledge to fight my issue. I am very happy with the medical services provided. Would recommend this office to all my family and friends.
