I began my journey with CFS after I turned 40. I was going to the gym 5-6 days a week doing cardio and lifting weights. I felt strong, however, I wasn’t feeling good in my skin and knew I needed a change. A gym friend of mine had been working with CFS and was seeing great results, so I decided to reach out to Lisa. Since honing in and dialing in on my nutrition, I have completely changed my body composition. I lost over 20 pounds and over 15% body fat. I am leaner and stronger than I ever have been before. Lisa and the team at CFS are truly amazing!
I started out taking classes at CFS in February, 2024. I had never stuck with a gym program before, and I promised myself that I would stick it out for 3 months. The community there is so motivating, and the instructors so engaging that I am still going strong (pun intended)! Small class sizes ensure that the instructors can give me personal feedback, especially in regards to proper form. Lisa makes it easy to stay flexible in scheduling and I actually think it helped that I wasn’t under a contract. I truly love coming to CFS each week!
