Dr. Hoang and the team were professional and welcoming. Nikki at the front desk was very kind and helpful with scheduling. I came in for an examination to prepare for future procedures, and everything was explained clearly. Highly recommend
I absolutely love DC Dental Spa! I’ve been coming here for at least 20 years, and I’m so grateful for Dr. Hoang and his amazing team. I’m currently going through the process of getting dental implants, and they’ve made it as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Let’s face it, no one wants to go to the dentist, and there can be moments of discomfort. But Dr. Hoang’s team has been right there for me every step of the way, holding my hand (literally), offering reassurance, and even comforting me when I got a little emotional. They are truly a phenomenal team, and I enjoy every visit because I know I’m in the best hands. I highly recommend DC Dental Spa to anyone with dental needs. Their professionalism, compassion, and genuine care for their patients are unmatched.
I’ve been a patient for about ten years; Dr. H’s son was my initial dentist - then when he branched out to his own practice I switched over to Dr. H, Sr. The entire staff is great, personable, attentive and always available to assist. What I like best is that they don’t overbook and your appointments start timely; and there are never any “surprises” on your bill — as they review it with you each step of your visit — and offer various options for payment. I even asked for a job there! 😆 What brings me to write this review today is the excellent treatment I had yesterday, 6/24/25, which necessitated an emergency appointment! I texted the staff after hours the night before and they got back to me within the hour for a 9 am appointment the following day. I saw the compassion of all, I was a wreck and in great pain; and above all I was treated with dignity and respect and wasn’t rushed. Two hours later, I was on my way home, with everything needed for my recovery from emergency oral surgery — that they were expertly prepared to handle — without having to “farm me out,” and prolong my suffering! I would highly recommend the services of DC Dental Spa to all! P.S.: They are DEI compliant; with representation of all walks of life and ethnicities!
This place is the best! Everyone at DC Dental Spa are truly kind people who want you to walk away feeling happy. When emergencies arise, they are quick to help and do a great job resolving whatever issue you have. Dr.Don has fixed my partial denture on multiple occasions and every time I leave with a perfect smile. I cannot recommend this place enough!
Nothing worse than being on vacation and needing dental repair. Shame on me, I decided to pull on something with my teeth and consequently damaged one of the veeners on my front teeth. Worse enough, it happened late at night. I scrambled before bed trying to find a place in the area that would be able to fix my tooth early in the day so I could maximize my short vacation time in the area. DC Dental Spa was second on my list due to the distance from my hotel, but it was the best choice ultimately. I called in at 7am and explained my situation. Their receptionist was super sweet and checked immedialy with Dr. Hoang as to whether it he could take me as a walk-in. He agreed! The receptionist advised me to come in as soon as possible then gave me a run-down of their procedures. I agreed and was off to visit. Their check-in is very convenient. In fact, I completed the electronic paperwork in the cab on my way there. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the same receptionist. She checked me in and asked me to have a seat. From the exterior to interior premises, everything was very clean and modern. The waiting area was especially calming. There is a waterfall accent piece that really sets the tone for a dental spa. If anything, it felt more along the lines of a therapeutic spa/office than a dentist. Within a few minutes, I was welcomed into the examination room. A dental tech greeted me kindly and asked a few questions, then prepared me for Dr. Hoang. We chatted a bit and I enjoyed her interaction. Dr. Hoang came shortly after and examined me then recemented my veneer. He went the extra mile in filing it down a bit as one tooth was longer than the other. This is something I had been aware of but never had a dentist actually try to correct it. Moreover, prior to beginning, they offered me glasses to protect my eyes from the light. I really appreciated this as my eyes are sensitive to extreme light. Although this was a walk-in, Dr. Hoang treated me as if I was a newly established patient and provided recommendations thoughtfully. I especially appreciated his kind demeanor. To top it off, he gave me some recommendations for Vietnamese food in the area. Altogether, my visit was about 30 minutes. Prior to leaving, I was able to pay using my method of choice. The receptionist emailed me a receipt and thanked me accordingly. In fact, all of the staff kindly wished me well with a smile. Overall, I had a great experience. My smile was back to normal and in time for the rest of my trip. If I ever had a similar need, I would definitiely stop by again. I highly recommend their services, you won't be disappointed!
