I’m saying this as both a friend and someone who experienced his work firsthand — Desi Junction, DJ Vinay, and MC Dave Shah truly made our wedding so special and unforgettable. From the moment the night started, they brought incredible energy, read the crowd perfectly, and kept the dance floor packed all night long. Every song choice felt intentional, the transitions were seamless, and the vibes were unmatched. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ. DJ Vinny, Simba and their team were outstanding. They read the crowd incredibly well and knew exactly when to switch things up to keep everyone on the dance floor. The transitions were smooth, the timing was on point, and the overall vibe was unmatched. The mixes were seamless, the energy was perfect from start to finish, and every single song we requested was played flawlessly. Our guests are still talking about how good the music was. If you want amazing mixes, great flow, and someone who truly understands what you want, this is your DJ! Highly recommend!
Booked DesiJunctions for our destination wedding in Cancun and specifically requested DJ Vinny and Mithu (dhol player) DJ Vinny is a standout DJ. If you want energy, he delivers. Sangeet, baraat, and reception dance floors were insane. He was also easy to work with on programming and timing, which matters a lot during a chaotic wedding weekend. Even our planner had good things to say about him. Mithu is a legit top-tier dhol player, like clearly a step above the average dhol guy. Didn’t realize how big of a difference a great dhol player makes until he played. Only downside with DesiJunctions’s office was their communication, mainly around A/V. I’m not a sound/lighting expert, so getting clear equipment requirements and quotes took more follow-ups than expected. They did get us what we needed, but it required way more effort on my end. Overall, still highly recommend DesiJunctions. In particular, DJ Vinny and Mithu really made our wedding weekend special.
We had an Indian–American wedding and we needed music that would entertain guests from both sides. The DJ absolutely exceeded our expectations. The playlist was fantastic—there was something for everyone. He blended the music seamlessly and kept the dance floor full throughout all of our events. The MC was also excellent. He brought great energy and knew exactly when to hype people up without ever feeling uncomfortable or over-the-top. Overall, the music team played a huge role in the success and energy of our wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we would absolutely recommend him for multicultural weddings.

From start to finish, they put so much creativity, time, and effort into curating an incredible experience that went above and beyond anything we imagined. They executed every song and playlist we requested perfectly, kept the energy up all night, and read the room so well—we truly didn’t want the party to stop! The LED wall show and visuals were breathtaking, and the custom slideshow added such a meaningful, personal touch. Every guest raved about the music, the vibe, and the seamless flow of the night.
