DHI Roofing is the most professional contractors I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with Jessie for the entire project. I called her. She was out on the site within two days. Climbed up on my roof, reported all the damage and submitted it to the insurance company. The project went so smoothly. I could not believe it. She kept me informed all along the way she is the most professional knowledgeable project manager I have ever dealt with. When they did the roof I never found any debris on my property. I have forwarded her name to several people. And she has already come out to look at one of my neighbors.
Jessica did an amazing job coordinating my project to get it done in a timely fashion. She worked closely with my insurance company and kept me well informed of the whole process. The crew was wonderful. They took good care with protecting the plants and outdoor items during tear down. The clean up was fantastic. And she was able to get my replacement in the same week. All around very happy with my experience.
Mitch was the best contractor that I’ve ever worked with. He explained everything before hand perfectly. It was quick to respond to my text. Worked cohesively with my insurance company and made it very easy to get my roof replaced. He also delivered on his promise to expedite and get it done as quickly As possible without any neighbor complaints. Would definitely recommend him in his crew. I’ve told all my neighbors about him and have even posted on social media that he’s a great person to work with.
Working with Mitch was an amazing experience. He was honest and transparent about the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the insurance claims process and knew exactly how my insurance company would respond. Mitch told me from our very first meeting that he would fight for me, and that’s exactly what he did the whole five month long battle with the insurance company. Mitch was able to secure me a very fair insurance claim (nearly five times what my insurance company initially offered me). The roof replacement was completed quickly and professionally; I’m very happy with the finished product. I can’t recommend Mitch enough to anybody that needs professional help navigating the insurance claim process and getting a new roof that their home needs. Thanks for everything Mitch!
I worked with Mitch Osborn and DHI to have my roof and gutters replaced and paid a little more for upgrades in the gutters. Glad I did! The process was pretty simple and straightforward, just as Mitch had explained it. The meeting with the insurance adjuster was quick and professional , taking no more than 10 minutes. All the boxes were checked ! — even the cleanup was thorough. DHI and Mitch Osborn have set the standard pretty high, for any other company to equal or surpass. I’d do it again, and would recommend them highly to anyone. Very satisfied with the outcome , beat my expectations.
