I recently bought an engagement ring for my partner at Diamond heaven in Cardiff, and I was very pleased with the service I received. Over three appointments, I was spoken to by two members of staff, both very helpful and friendly. Kirsty helped me pick out my ring, diamond and helpfully talked me through finance options all the way through to purchase. Great quality items and service. Would definitely recommend.

She was incredibly patient, extremely helpful, and made the entire process so pleasant from start to finish.
