I’ve bought two sets of tires from this DT location now. Both times I purchased online - the tires arrived early, store personnel called to confirm that my tires had arrived and offer an earlier installation time, and my total wait for my scheduled installation time was in the 30-45 minute range. Staff, including Garrett and Sage, have been friendly and helpful. Both times, DT accommodated my request to install new tires and swap winters for summers (or vice versa) at the same time. I have recommended DT to friends and they have also been happy.
We recently got our tires here and the sales people are exceptional. I apologize for not getting his name, but on my receipt Sage C (470) helped me with a sensor issue. Even before we got our tires replaced, we’ve had Discount Tire repair our tires and they have always been nice and helpful. You guys rock and have always been awesome!
Discount tire is my default store, I was helped by Brian, To say this guy was awesome would be a gross understatement. I wanted 18 inch wheels instead of the 17 inch wheels that came with the Lexus that I had recently purchased. I already knew I wanted GTP Roadhugger tires since I had it previously installed on a Toyota Camry and it absolutely changed the way the car drove. Brian did not try to upsell me and agreed that they were excellent tires and a good value. In our conversation he mentioned that I would need new wheels which I hadn't considered and he pointed to some that were on sale that looked pretty darn good. He did take me a back area and showed a set of Petrol wheels that daym, I had to have. But I wanted to comparison shop before making a decision. Second I went to Les Schwab. A bunch of overpriced tires I've never heard of. Bye. Then I went to Big O Tires which was super disappointing since they gave me a quote without ever telling me what it was for. I was looking for tires and wheels and they quoted me $2500. What tires and what wheels guys? Bye. I then went back to Discount Tire and got a quote from Brian which was HALF of Big O. He was super pleasent, fun and made me feel super good about my decision. 1243.00 for the tires and wheels I wanted. I think he worked a little magic. I've always been a loyal customer and Brian reinforced that loyalty. Thanks dude.
Very impressive response time for new tires. The entire process was both smooth and efficient from placing my order online, to confirming my appointment (online and via a business-initiated call), to arrival and installation. The entire process took less than a couple hours total and I am now driving on new tires. Highly recommend!
I had an exceptional experience. I arrived around noon, without an appointment or advanced notice, with a low tire alert on my car and I was helped right away. The person helping me immediately went out to my car to take a look, and there was a nail. He located the exact replacement tire, had it delivered the same day, and it was on my car before the end of the day! That was really incredible. Super thankful for this place. Everyone else that I encountered there was also super friendly and helpful. Will be back without hesitation for anything else I need.
