The staff is knowledgeable, and everyone was enthusiastic to help me. After confirming what tires I was interested in, I was informed that if I consider the Discount Tire credit card today, I could get an additional $100 by applying. I was informed about other specials currently active, and the time frame it would take to get my tires installed today, without an appointment. Great service, I'll be back.
I was in town for work and got a flat driving back home. I have a tire warranty through my dealer. Mario was able to navigate the details of the warranty even though I didn’t really know how it worked. It took 40-45 minutes of sitting on the phone to get it all setup and he did it without looking annoyed even though I’m sure it was a pain. They got me home tonight instead of having to stay in a hotel.
I've been wanting to upgrade my wheels/tires for some time and my experience here was top notch. I picked them randomly but I'm glad I did....everyone was super helpful and handled all my questions/concerns easily. Tony and Julian were especially accommodating, considering I decided the first set of tires I picked were too small ( totally on me ). They got me in the next day, set me up with bigger tires AND Tony somehow remembered that I wanted white lettering which wasn't available on the first set. Will definitely be bringing my other vehicles here and will recommend this place to others.
Had a small quandary with the young people about 18 months ago, basically not being greeted while waiting and getting passed in line, since then every time I’m warmly welcomed like family, by the techs at the front desk, Neil has always done right by me if there’s ever any confusion, I wouldn’t go anyplace else, Discount tire worth your business and & time, they back they’re services, warranties, customers and employees. I’m a happy customer.
Amazing Customer Service...Went above and beyond on price of tires replacement. Went in for one and bought two cause they can beat everyone's prices. Plus the warranty. Stop in and let them.take care of ya guarantee ya leave happy and didn't break the bank to keep your car rolling
