I was pleased with their overall service. They alerted me ahead of their arrival time and were spot on. Once they arrived and introduced themselves, they asked for a walk-through to confirm what needed to be loaded. Likewise, once everything was loaded, they requested another walk-through to ensure nothing was left behind and that my home was not damaged. They also did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. The team was cheerful, courteous, and professional throughout their time in my home. Great crew!! HJ
We have used Dodge SO many time for our community here at Mason Pointe in Chesterfield. Every single time they are exceptional. Every person that is on site has a high level of professionalism. Especially outstanding when working with our senior residents and their families. They take pride in what they do, are kind and compassionate and truly a joy to be around. Freddie Leopold and Marcus Redrick were PHENOMENAL today!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would.
Dodge Moving was recommended to us by the assisted living facility that my mom was moving to. We contacted them on Dec 30 for a Dec 31 move. Matt got back to us quickly and we were able to set up the move for the next morning. Antonio and Robert were our team. They arrived on time, and did a great job protecting my mom's furniture and moving everything without damaging any furniture or my mom's walls. They set up the furniture where we needed it and reassembled the mirror onto the dresser. We really appreciate that we were able to get the move done on such short notice, and also how nice and professional Antonio and Robert were. We would definitely recommend Dodge Moving.
Finished a 2 truck job with a driver named Freddie Leopold. We had an excellent experience with our driver during our move. They were on time, professional, and very careful with our belongings. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish, and their positive attitude made the process much less stressful. We hired Dodge Moving and Storage to move a large charitable event, Pedal in Place at the Race at the Bommarito Audi West County Gateway Cup. This move was very complex with ten total stops, multiple crews, and multiple trucks over a week's time in a particular order on the way there and a different order on the return, all of which were specifically timed around others' specific business schedules. Each stop required picking up items, storing them, delivering them for the event, and doing the same on the return, all on a holiday weekend. Not only that, but they had to work around other vendors loading in and out for the event and had to arrive at 0600 AM on Labor Day. Our moving crew, Dee, Josh, Alex, Robert, Jeremy and Antonio could not have been more amazing! They arrived on time, were incredibly professional, and went above and beyond every step of the way. They showed up with smiles on their faces and eager to please with the smallest of details. Not one of the 222 items that were moved were damaged, lost, or impacted in any way. The trucks needed to be loaded in a particular order when delivered, and a different order when returned. The crew stayed with the event for hours just in case we needed anything throughout the day. They assisted us in lifting and arranging other items which were not even on their list of requested services. They said "yes mam," with every ask, and they even had a great time watching the day unfold, which enhanced the energy and excitement of the crowds and participants. They took pictures with our entire crew, while raising their arms in the air because everyone else was for the shot. They participated in media requests and worked with our videography and photography team in documenting they day, which was above and beyond. They even had collared shirts made with our logo on them in order to represent our organization and event professionally. Throughout the day, I kept commenting upon how amazing they were. Everything was handled with perfection. I would recommend using Dodge Moving and Storage for all of your moving needs, including complex corporate projects. Thank you Dodge for a job well done!
