Employees in here really act like they hate everyone who's ever been a customer. They're slow to do anything, phones ringing all the time, and you'd think they were allergic to smiling.m. Idk if this is a corporate store or franchise, and this place USED to be THE spot when I was a kid. But in the state it's in now, it's downright depressing. Yall should probably go to the Hermitage store, you might learn a couple of tips so you can earn a couple of tips, ya know?

The place was empty. I saw a review before that they had go karts. No go karts on premises .I did find it affordable for the pool table and arcade games.

If I could give zero stars I would. When arriving on the exterior I thought the venue would be much nicer. I took a few 4 year olds at 10:40am and the man working the front with his children was very rude. We stood there for 5 minutes and I greeted him. He didn’t seem to want to be there and everything we needed her blamed on them just opening. We came 40 minutes after the doors were opened. I wouldn’t bring my worse enemy here. There’s so many better options than this place!

This bowling alley is such a gem! The staff here are absolutely awesome—special shoutout to the guys at the customer service desk for being so friendly and helpful. While the facilities are a bit outdated, the fun and welcoming atmosphere completely make up for it. There’s a full bar with great prices and some solid bar food options, which really adds to the experience. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a low-key, fun place to hang out with friends or family. We’ll definitely be back!
