I want to start by saying that the attractions themselves were great. The kids had a lot of fun on the trampolines and activities, and that part of the experience met expectations. Unfortunately, the issues we experienced were with customer service, organization, and hospitality throughout the party. From the start, the experience was disorganized and stressful. Despite standing under the clearly marked birthday party check-in sign, we were required to wait while the daily customer line was helped first. This caused a significant delay before we were even checked in. Once checked in, it took a long time to get to our party room, and we did not meet our party host for quite a while. When the host finally came by, he asked about pizzas and told us they would arrive in 30 minutes. It was nearly an hour before the pizzas arrived. Even more concerning: • We had no cups, silverware, or drinks until after the pizza arrived • The pizza itself was overly cheesy to the point most kids couldn’t eat it • The bathroom had no soap or paper towels • The hand sanitizer dispenser in our party room was broken • Our party host did not check on us at all until it was time to tell us to pay the bill and vacate the room by 3:00 At the end of all this, I was prompted to leave a $65 tip, which felt extremely inappropriate given the lack of service provided. I’m genuinely confused what the tip was meant to be for. We booked a party expecting organization, basic hospitality, cleanliness, and attentive service — none of which were delivered. This was supposed to be a fun, stress-free celebration for my child, and instead it was disappointing and frustrating. I’m hoping this feedback is taken seriously and that some form of resolution or acknowledgment is offered. Sincerely, Chelsea

Lots of activities. Good value. Not a lot for the toddlers though. A lot of the staff was kind and interactive. Some looked at you like you weren't even there, took your order and grunted basically. The cafe was way understaffed and out of water. They were having restroom issues and only one toilet for the hundreds of people there. I think I would rather go back on a weekday, but nice activity for the cold weather.

Extremely disappointed with the state of this Urban Air. We paid for a full experience, but it felt like half the park was shut down. Major attractions like the Leap of Faith and the Drop Zone were taped off with "Attraction Closed" signs. To make matters worse, the Ropes Course was technically open, but there was no staff manning it, so we couldn't use that either. Beyond the closures and lack of staff, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The floors were littered with trash, and the party area was a mess. We walked past rows of tables covered in leftover food, open drinks, and garbage that clearly hadn't been cleared for a long time. It’s hard to justify the high price of admission when you can't use the rides and the facility is dirty. We won't be coming back.

Not much comfortable seating for adults, I’m usually out there playing but wanted to relax after being on my feet all day. The massage chair has an alarm if you are sitting for too long without paying, lol I thought that’s was interesting. No area for smaller children. But overall kids had a blast.

Had my child's birthday here again. Reason for 4 stars is strictly on the waiver/check in process. It was challenging for the parents. The staff was very helpful but definitely delayed the start. But our party attendant Lay was so great. She kept everything going and kept asking if we needed anything. Made sure we were taken care of. Even one of our guest complimented how good she was and better than her last experience. When we return we will be requesting her. There was a lot of people there but no issues. Staff maintained a good atmosphere. Pizza, boneless wings and fries were really good and big hit with the kids and parents
