An exceptional experience from start to finish. My Botox treatment with Dr. Ali was handled with the highest level of professionalism, precision, and care. Dr. Ali took the time to thoroughly assess my goals and delivered beautifully refined, natural-looking results. The environment was elegant and calming, and the entire process felt seamless and bespoke. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and truly cared for. This is luxury aesthetics at its finest — I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
I’ve been doing a combination of Aerolase, chemical peels, and Hydrafacials for the past 6 months, with Anastasia as my lead aesthetician, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the very beginning, Anastasia has been absolutely amazing. She’s so knowledgeable, attentive, and truly takes the time to understand my skincare concerns. Every recommendation she’s made has been perfectly tailored to what my skin needs at that moment, and I’ve seen such a noticeable improvement in my skin texture and a big reduction in redness. Each visit feels like such a treat — the treatments are luxurious, the atmosphere is calming and welcoming, and the entire team is incredibly friendly and professional. Anastasia always makes sure I’m getting the most out of each session, both in results and value, and it really shows how much she cares about her clients. I’ve visited a few other skin clinics before, but none come close to the experience at Dr. Ana’s. The clinic itself has such a beautiful, high-end feel without ever feeling intimidating — it’s truly a place I look forward to visiting every month. I recently had an Emsculpt treatment performed by Heather and honestly couldn’t recommend it more! Heather was so professional and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. The clinic was very luxurious and the experience was beyond 5 stars. The treatment itself was amazing I felt extremely comfortable as she explained the treatment thoroughly. As a netball player I was interested in the treatment to improve my performance on the court and can honestly say since having treatment I have felt stronger and noticed enhanced performance. I thoroughly recommend Dr Ana the skin clinic, the best service I have ever received. Thank you ever so much, I look forward to my next visit!
So today I visited Dr Ana’s skin clinic, as I had an appointment at 3.15 pm with practitioner Anastasia, for a consultation and a Wow facial. As I arrived at 3pm I was greeted by Dr Ana. First impression was very pleasant and welcoming. My consultation lasted about 1hour which I think pretty long compared to what I have been told on the phone when I booked in. In that 1 hour Anastasia recommended many treatments to me that I should try that would be really beneficial for me which i appreciated for her, but I did explain her kindly that I would like to stay away from laser treatments if that’s possible and just stick to facials and injectable treatments. That’s where it all the craziness started… she just kept going on and on about laser treatments for at least 45 minutes. Then I said to her again that I wouldn’t want to do that. Her answer was that “I don’t listen” and the only way to treat my skin is Laser… then she said that I should have a peel today instead of the WOW facial …which I agreed to. She took me to the treatment room at 4.15pm. I thought we can finally begin with my treatment.. but unfortunately that wasn’t the case… when I laid down on the treatment bed, there was a laser machine next to me and Anastasia started talking about it to me again, (regardless of what I said to her during consultation about avoiding laser treatments) she said “after my peeling treatment I need to try the laser”!... I said to her that I’m sorry but I would just like to go ahead with my treatment now and skip the “trying of the laser” thank you… she said “no no..I do need to try it otherwise I won’t know what it feels like” Then she picked up a goggle used for eye protection during laser and said to me I need to put that on now as she gonna go a head now and show me how the laser works… then she put the goggles on me and started the laser machine, completely ignoring me requesting her multiple times to not to do it cause I do not wanna know please…ignoring it all, she then started to used the laser on her arm few inches away from my face, keep saying to me very rudely “look look… you need to see nothing happens and you need to overcome your fear” 👀 that’s when I got of the treatment bed and said enough is enough I do not want to go ahead with any treatment in this clinic ever in my life..I went upstairs and explained to Dr Ana what happened and all she said was “will do for you a refund and just let’s forget about it and call it a day”. I’m truly disappointed and disgusted about this experience what I had in this clinic. I have had many treatments in the past at different clinics in Birmingham city centre area but I swear I have never had an experience at any other clinic that I had at this clinic. I arrived at 3pm I left at 4.30 pm with no treatment just disappointed and disgusted. How can you waste someone’s 1 hour 30 minutes and just saying “forget about it and call it a day”? Unbelievable… I understand that you trying to sell your treatments, but turning violent on customers to try treatments forcefully it’s just unacceptable. There’s no words I can find to explain truly what I feel about this experience. I really hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else. It’s terrible
Visited for my first chemical peel with Anastasia, she was friendly and informative about my skin concerns. Heather on the front desk was also very friendly and helpful! Would recommend :)
