I am a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and have completed various courses over the years. I recently completed the Post-Operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage course with Charene, and I can honestly say it made a huge difference that the training was one to one. Being able to ask questions throughout the day was invaluable. She explained everything in great detail and was more than happy to go over anything I wasn’t fully confident with. In the second part of the day, she arranged for a client to come in so I could practise, which really helped consolidate my learning. What truly sets Charene apart is her ongoing support. She continued to answer all of my questions weeks, and even almost a month, after the training had finished, a level of service you simply wouldn’t get anywhere else. She has a very friendly demeanour and a wealth of experience in the subjects she teaches. I would absolutely love to do more courses with her in the future and would 100% recommend her training.

It was my first time having a full body and face manual drainage and sculpting massage, and it was amazing! Charene was so lovely and calming, and I felt completely relaxed throughout. I’ve had lymphatic massages before, but nothing has ever given me the relief and lightness I feel after seeing her. Every since I have started getting lymphatic drainage massages from Charene, I have never felt so relaxed and content after. Mentally feel rested and physically feel like I have more energy.
