I got a gift card for Christmas and came in to see Abel. He understood exactly what I needed and went for a sports/recovery massage, pressure was amazing and I felt so much better looser and relaxed afterward! I also did cupping and signed up for the membership as an incentive to keep hitting that self-care. Gals up front were very sweet and answered all my questions. I especially enjoyed this experience because, unlike other places with memberships, there was absolutely zero pressure or “salesy” vibes, which can make me feel uncomfortable. Thank you, friends! Staff is friendly and very welcoming. The massage therapists listen to what you need and are very professional. I was able to find a therapist that could identify and focus on all my problem areas. I highly recommend!
Samantha did a fantastic job on my 1 hour prenatal massage today. Medium to firm pressure, patient, close attention to detail - what I think makes for a great massage. I recommend adding-on aroma therapy.
Everyone at the studio is incredibly kind and welcoming! They really excel at ensuring you have an amazing experience. The positive atmosphere makes it easy to feel comfortable. I always look forward to my time there! 😊
I have had a membership here for over a year. I can say with confidence that this location of Elements is exceptional. From the moment you walk in you immediately feel the calm & peaceful atmosphere. Every area at this location from waiting area to hallways, restrooms and massage rooms are incredibly clean. The front desk staff is so welcoming and helpful as well as professional. I feel like I can ask any question and they go above and beyond to make me feel heard. They are not pushy or overbearing like most front desk staff I have encountered. It’s not about “making a sale” it’s all about giving the customer the right information to make their own decision. This is a wheelchair accessible location. The massage table can be lowered for an easier transfer from chair to table. Which that alone is amazing!! Now I have had the pleasure of receiving a massage from 5 of the therapists. Robert, is a gentleman and professional. He makes you feel comfortable, answers any questions or concerns . He always checks in to make sure the pressure is comfortable. Haley, is wonderful with such an empathetic posture. She deeply cares about her work and it truly shows during your session. She listens and respects the needs of her clients. I hated foot massages until my very first session with Haley. Samantha, is incredibly compassionate. She took time to really explain the benefits of different add ons available such as Hot stones, cupping & CBD oils. I immediately felt safe when I got on her table. My massage didn’t feel rushed and I left feeling better than I arrived. Bryant, is professional with a genuinely kind soul. He truly cares about each client. He answered all my 100x questions never making me feel bad for asking. He gave me helpful tips for in between appointments to help my posture as well a stretching techniques. Selena, is kind as well as professional. She took time to really hear my concerns and gave good recommendations. If truly deep tissue massage is what you are seeking she is your person!! She checked in on me to make sure the pressure was ok. She took her time on my really tough spots. She is very respectful of your time and makes sure to hit the areas you requested. I would go back and have another session with any one of these amazing humans. I highly recommend any one of them. Now depends on their experience level there can be an additional charge added to the massage fee, but trust me they are all worth it I highly recommend this Elements Massage!!! 10/10!! A+
