Visited Thai royal massage spa today and loved every minute of it! I had Aya and she was amazing! I did the Swedish/thai massage and totally recommend it. Only complaint is I only booked 60 min!
The massages here are wonderful, but DO NOT BUY A GUFT CARD. Their system doesn’t charge your card right away even though the gift card is immediately sent to the recipient. They don’t make the charge until the gift card is used. If there is an issue with the charge (e.g., a number typed in wrong), your intended recipient will have to pay for their services. This is terrible customer service and induces stress in the recipient rather than using a typical system where the card is charged immediately upon entry into the system. DO NOT BUY A GUFT CARD HERE.
You can tell the people who do the massages are inexperienced. Walked out in more pain than I originally came into. The room you are put in is not private at all there are beds all around and i personally saw 2 other people get massaged (clothed) while i was waiting for my person to come in. The foot massage was mediocre, it hurt and was not comforting at all. Also i kid you not she left the room about 8 times in that 60 minutes for absolutely no reason and that drove me crazy. Will not return, place is pretty though
I made a reservation for my dad, step mom, and myself a month in advance. I wanted to give them a gift after a week of hiking since we were on a birthday vacation. Called the day in advance to confirm 2 thai and 1 neck/shoulder and when we arrived they thought it was all thai massages. This was corrected during check-in but the massages were bad. They switched to Thai combo and mine was neck/shoulder still. Barely any pressure was applied for any of us. My parents didn’t like the massages at all and neither did I…it felt like a waste of $300 and $60 in tip. Aesthetically, it is pretty and clean inside. One lady did speak thai which my step mom liked since that’s her first language . Overall, disappointing experience for the price.
Great sweedish massage on a Friday afternoon. The masseuse did an excellent job and worked around my neck area for a longer time upon my request since I’ve been experiencing muscle tension around the neck area for the past 4 months . The atmosphere was quiet, fragrant, clean and cozy. Will definitely comeback
