everyone at this shop is truly amazing. levon made me feel so welcome and helped me every step of the way (i'd never taken my car to the shop on my own/dealt with repairs before) and they made it so easy for me! him and his sister are sweethearts and everyone at the shop was attentive and kind. my car is looking incredible as well! customer service and repair quality are truly top notch here!
I had an amazing experience at Elite Auto Body. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with respect and made the whole process stress-free. They handled everything with my insurance company and kept me updated every step of the way. When I picked up my car, I was honestly shocked at how perfect it looked -- like the accident never happened. The paint match was flawless, and the lines were clean.You can tell they take real pride in their work. It's rare to find a shop that's both professional and genuinely caring about their customers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elite auto body to anyone who needs body work. Five stars all the way!
If I could give 10 stars for Elite Body Shop I absolutely would!!!! Levon and his wonderful staff treated me like I was family and I have nothing but the best things to say about them and the service I received! I had never gotten into a prior accident in my many years of driving so I was very nervous about how long and stressful the process would be, but Levon took care of absolutely everything and I couldn't be more grateful. I’m very big on reassurance and throughout the entire process they ensured me that everything was going to be taken care of and to not worry about a thing. And surely they kept their promise, and gained a loyal customer!!! Thank you so much Levon and your amazing staff for being so patient and caring, I cannot thank you enough!
The rear passenger right door of my parked car got damaged, and Levon was great at keeping me updated during the repairs. The replacement door, panels, and paint job is top-notch—it looks like nothing ever happened. I definitely recommend this shop for their quick service and friendly staff.
Superb job! I'm a Porsche client at Sublime Silverlake, and was recommended to Elite Auto Body when a seagull smacked into my passenger side mirror, damaging the cover. They did an excellent job of painting the replacement piece, and gave me an excellent price! I would highly recommend them!
