I recently took my Mercedes-Benz GLS to Elite Auto on Harry Hines, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Since it’s a European vehicle, I was honestly very nervous about where to take it — but these guys completely exceeded my expectations. They are extremely professional and clearly have strong experience working on European cars. The quality of their work and customer service is better than many big-name shops I’ve dealt with in the past. What really stood out to me was their honesty. Multiple other body shops insisted that my lift gate needed to be replaced, which would have been very expensive. Elite Auto, on the other hand, took the time to actually assess the damage and recommended repairing it instead — saving me a significant amount of money. The repair work itself was outstanding. The dent was fixed perfectly, and the car looks fantastic. No shortcuts, no pressure, just honest advice and excellent craftsmanship. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, especially for luxury or European vehicles, but Elite Auto has earned mine. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, integrity, and top-tier service.
I went to 4 different auto body shops in Dallas and Elite Auto Body Shop was the most knowledgeable, friendly, and they even beat a few of the other quotes I received. They take a lot of pride in their work and know what they’re doing. I damaged my rear bumper (2023 Acura TLX Tupe S) and needed it replaced. They made it look like new. You can’t even tell it’s a new bumper. They even dropped me off and picked me up at my house since I didn’t have a rental car. Kuba and his team truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
Kuba and his team are awesome! They fixed my Toyota Highlander so well it looks like it never even had a problem. They even gave me a great discount, and on top of that, my trunk door that used to get stuck halfway—yeah, they calibrated that too, even though it wasn’t part of the original job. Honestly, they work like they’re fixing their own cars. Super neat, super careful, no shortcuts. I actually found them through Google because they had the best ratings in town—and now I know exactly why. Thanks a lot, guys! You definitely earned another happy customer.
These guys fixed my daughter's Audi A3 a couple years ago and I had a great experience with them then, so when my wife ran her BMW i5 into the side of our garage door, I returned to have them fix it. (Clearly the women in my family cannot drive!) Once again, they did a fantastic job! These guys were easy to deal with, accommodating, did the work quickly - and for a very fair price. I highly recommend them.
I have never left a Google review, but this business absolutely deserves it. My truck was caught in a hail storm that left extensive damage. Kuba and his team worked with my insurance, were very communicative, paid close attention to detail, and returned my truck to me in perfect condition. My truck is older, parts are hard to source and they still managed to return it to me in perfect shape. I highly recommend.
