I had a great experience at Emergency Dental of Salt Lake City. Yobana was extremely kind, reassuring, and helpful throughout the visit. Dr. Fife did my front tooth filling the same day, and the work was very natural looking and pain free. I really appreciated how professional and effortlessly the entire team was, especially during an emergency. Highly recommend this clinic for urgent dental care.
Amazing care with Dr. Z and Addison. Dr. Z was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled as well as thorough and friendly. I could feel their intention to be truthful with my daughter’s issue and wouldn’t have taken advantage of us to get our business. Highly; highly recommended.
Coming from out of town and not having been to the dentist in years I was a bit concerned about my scenario. The entire staff from the ladies at the front desk, Nate the dental assistant and Dr. Z were all super friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great visit and they got me in FAST. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great work! Highly recommended for any dental needs you may be thinking about.
I called multiple times. They said they could work with my insurance and because I have great dental anxiety they said they could help with that as well. They had me fill out forms and I asked for an estimate. They said they would call back with a price after they received the forms. They never did. I made an appointment for 9:15. I live all the way in Tooele and this is a 45 minute drive. When we got down there, we had to ring for assistance in the cold. They didn't even have there doors open. We even called and then they finally had someone come in. There receptionist where complaining how they needed a raise while they had me complete some more forms. They did not tell me that I would need to pay upfront and then they would fill out a form so I could get reimbursed with my dental insurance. This was not disclosed. I have bad credit and the credit paperwork wasn't working. They gave me no help after my continuous trying. They say they need a pay raise, we'll if I where an employer and my receptionist where talking about needing raises while ignoring the patients, I wouldn't give anyone a raise. Your staff need to be more upfront and all trained on knowing what they are talking about! I got no help and there wasn't even a dentist in at my appointment. I don't want any assistant whose going to talk terribly in front of patients anywhere near my mouth. This is not how you help people with great anxiety who have an absess. You showed me the reason I'm so terrified of dentist! I hope karma treats you just as you did me this coming year! Please learn from your mistakes and do some retraining with your staff! I'd fill awful if this is how you treat every patient and person!!
Dr Nye, Shanti and Bob were great, I had an amazing experience ! I had been experiencing a wisdom toothache for over a week and my normal dentist was closed. I was about to come in as a walk in get x-rays, and a plan to stop the pain ! They wanted to get to know me before anything started. The staff is truly amazing !
