We hired Envirosmart Solutions to install new insulation in our attic crawlspace. The communication and customer service was very good and personable. Ellie was a great project manager and responded very fast to any questions we had. Luis and his crew (Jose, Franco & Arnaldo) were polite, did a great job of cleaning up throughout the day they were in our home.
We had our crawl space cleaned out, new insulation under the house and some new ducts. First of all the crew was very kind, fast and efficient. They were also respectful of our property and did not leave any mess behind. We had very open communication with the office of the status of repairs and scheduling. They sent 39 pics of before and after which was great, but the after pics were not that detailed on specific areas like the furnace wrap, vapor barrier and crawl space cover. 4 Stars for the cost +$12k and the lack of detail in the pics.
Another great service this year! We had our ducts and dryer vent cleaned last year and apparently no one had ever cleaned them. So 40 years later the dirt, plaster, toys and socks etc was cleaned out. After a year with using 3-4 less filters we were happy to have them back. Kanen came right on time, calling ahead, and was done in under 1 1/2 hours. Outstanding professionalism and service as we had before and our air is clean again. We look forward to a call next year to have them cleaned again. Highly recommend this company. Price is great too! Less this year as we set up service with them, be sure to ask. Just $219 for clean air and peace of mind.
After 45 yrs it was time to removed and replace my attic insulation & reseal the ductwork. The crew: Patrick, Sebastian, Roman and Franco did a great job. In addition they checked my crawl space and sealed posssible rodent access points. Not cheap, but I don't mind paying for quality work.The office worked with PSE to get the maximum energy conservation rebate as well. Highly recommend this company.
I reached out to envirosmart solutions as we had mold in our attic along with uncomfortable temperature in the second story of our home. Erik, sales manager, worked with us to get a rate that was fair along with flexible financing to be able to afford this kind of renovation. Erik hired the best and most hardworking team there was at the company. Juan and his team busted their butts in an attic that was 100F spanning two days to get the job done. Juan was quite patient with me and was a delight to speak to about my concerns. He took my concerns very seriously and made sure the job was done right with pictures of every step of the process as well. I would highly recommend Juan and his team.
