I’m really impressed with the work done by Brad Wood at Rock Electric, LLC. He did an outstanding job installing the latest EcoFlow Smart Panel 3. The installation was clean, and he demonstrated excellent knowledge throughout the process. It’s already paid off, we had immediate backup power during an outage. Highly recommended!
This was our first time using Rock Electric for a home project and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Ace and Angel were our technicians and they were amazing. They were professional, on-time, friendly, communicative, and extremely efficient. We had to update the wiring and outlet for our new range and were unaware of how big of a project it would end up being. Ace and Angel were patient and explained the process and put us at ease. The project was done way faster than we thought it would be and the end product was exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be using Rock Electric for any future projects and will hopefully have Ace and Angel as our technicians again!
Don and Ace from Rock Electric are the best! They tackled a big electrical project at my beach house — replacing a very old panel, adding outlets, and installing a heater on the deck. Everything was done with professionalism and care. Don and Ace kept me informed every step of the way and made the whole process feel easy. The quality of their work is excellent; it’s clear Don and Ace take real pride in what they do. We've used Rock Electric for two big projects so far - two years ago they ran Ethernet through the entire house, and just this week they installed a battery backup system for us. Both times, everyone involved was very professional, happy to explain all the options and details of how things work, and communicative about what the status of the project was throughout the process.
