I wanted to give YADIRA a shout out! Whenever someone helps out through the phone, it can be a very good experience or not a so pleasant one. So Ms. Yadira deserves a shout out! She was very professional, friendly and made the process of re-scheduling my appointment stress free! She even advised me of certain things about my appointment process, as it is time sensitive with my current treatment, with information that I did not know. Thank you Yadira for going above and beyond! I appreciate people like you!
My rating would be 5 stars if it only concerned the medical professionals, but this rating has to do with one of the receptionists at the front desk. Her name is Gabi. I was there to inquire about an e-mail from Epiphany notifying me of a $100 dollar refund I got. The refund was sent to a credit card that I do not have anymore. This card was reported stolen, so I have a new card. I showed the e-mail to Gabi and told Gabi that the refund was sent to a card that I don't have anymore. I also mentioned that I had been there the week before and I had asked another girl about the refund. This girl looked up the information and said that the $100 dlls would be credited to the correct card. Gabi wasn't even listening to what I said. Gabi seemed bothered by my inquiry. Gabi kept saying that the refund was made to the card that I used to make the deposit alghough I had just said that I had used a different card for the last deposit. I said that my info should be there in my file. She got irritated when I asked if there was anyone in the office that I could talk to about billing. Gabi said billing came from Austin. I told her that it didn't tell me anything. Mind you, every time I started saying something, Gabi would cut me off. This really upset me. Here I was a patient of Epiphany making an inquiry about $100 dlls of mine and Gabi was giving me a bad attitude. What's worse, there was another girl sitting right next to her, and it looked like she was a trainee. What an irony! I know medical offices have a hard time finding good personnel. They at least should train new personnel to be courteous and respectful. I have yet to be able to get in touch with the billing office and speak to a person. So where is my money? In limbo?
Dr. Zainab Mohammodu is great, I was fortunate to be able to schedule without too much wait. She was very reassuring and treated me with care, and explained treatment throughly. Love her! Will return to her for treatment and other needs if they come up.
This was my third visit to Epiphany Dermatology and the waiting period has been minimal on every visit. It obvious that the staff are well organized and attentive to the patient’s needs. Ms. Alexa Meraz was pleasant in her demeanor and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. She was patient and very knowledgeable when addressing my questions pertaining to my treatment needs. After this last visit. I feel comfortable enough in recommending your services to other family members and friends.
Cynthia was great. Listened to everything. Had a real conversation with me. Explained everything thoroughly, and laid out all of my options, and honest about what the future will look like. She also was very clear about pricing and helped make everything cost effective for my uninsured self. On top of that, very nice building. All the staff seemed friendly. My appointment was at 1:45, I was called for my appointment by 1:48, and speaking with a professional by 2:00, which is... unheard of as far as im concerned.
