Noelle is an excellent practitioner and her sound bath (with an added video led meditation before) was great. The space is very nice and Zen Lotus has plenty of offerings. Highly recommend.
One of the best sound baths sessions I have ever had. The absolutely was very relaxing and peaceful. The actual session was amazing. I left feeling very calm and at peace. I will definitely be going back.
Do it, try it, it’s an incredible experience certainly unique and powerful! This is a beautiful place, extremely clean, there’s a calm and peaceful atmosphere, Noelle it’s so informative and she truly cares about giving us costumers a comfortable, safe, relaxing environment. The combination of sounds she creates it’s very powerful. I found her studio a couple of months ago and immediately started feeling changes in me. My body craves to go on a weekly basis, it truly makes me feel more balanced and ready for anything that comes my way during the week. So thankful I found this place!!! 100 recommended.
I booked a sound bath experience for my wife and she LOVED it! She came home incredibly calm and she thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It is very impressive how well Noelle knows her craft. Prior to the sound bath she let everyone know that different frequencies can target different parts of the body and it's not uncommon to have different sensations where you have had previous injuries during the sound bath, and my wife experienced just that. Awesome experience and we've already referred two other friends.
Amazing ambience, decorated with calming and natural tones. Professionally done sound bath that leaves you feeling peaceful and in tune with your inner self!! Would recommend to anyone who needs to destress. This is an ancient technique that allows you to lay back and relax while Noelle does all the work in aligning your energy ✨✨
