I had a very positive experience communicating with Alberto. The virtual video call to assess the size and cost of repair for our fence was quick and easy, he walked me through the process of selecting the correct fence type and provided me a quote within a few minutes. He was also able to help divide the cost with my neighbor into separate quotes so it was easy and clear for all parties involved. I also appreciate the quick response and turnaround for all my follow up questions. I will write a follow up for the actual install of the fence but so far I am happy with the service.
Deon was excellent. We started our meeting right on time. He is personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. He shared smart ideas. He gave me great service all-around and instilled confidence in the company. He was the best (by far) of all the fence companies that we contacted. Thank you, Deon! You are a star.
The quote process was phenomenally easy. Alberto skillfully navigated the software making adjustments lightning fast to every configuration I could conjure up, it was really impressive. And to boot they have a very reasonable price. If I use their service I will be back to update this review
Our fence was falling down, so I and the neighbor decided to get it replaced. I called the last person who's done the back fence and the price was high. My neighbor found this company and got a nice quote, less expensive so I was a little concerned. After the quote was in, we're ready to do it. Our requirements were demolition, removal of old fence and installed new NO-SIDE fence with Redwood planks. Everything was confirmed and the price split in 2, I pay mine and he pays his, we use credit card to set up payment. The first appointment was canceled and the second was done in one day. Alessandra was the coordinator and she did a great job making sure everything to our convenience. I wasn't home while they started and finished the job, my neighbor was there. The job was done beautifully. I'm very pleased. Will I refer this company to my friends and families? Yes, of course.
Ivan, Salvador and Jose were all great to work with. Salvador was always easy to contact during the estimate process and his proposal even included an aerial view and 3D models of the fences to be installed. Once the project began, Ivan did a great job coordinating, scheduling and informing me of the steps needed to proceed. The craftsmanship of Jose and his team was awesome and the project was completed within the estimated time. The main thing I love about Ergeon is their constant communication and updates. You always get the sense that they are on top of things and you never feel neglected or ignored. Ergeon's estimate came out close to another well reviewed competitor but in the end, the great communication was what sealed the deal. I highly recommend Ergeon for a stress free experience and excellent and well built fences.
