Aleena and Alan are amazing! Aleena is an amazing manager who brings incredible energy and always leads with a smile, and Alan is a GREAT kids club manager who is so attentive and welcoming. After every kid's club visit my son is super happy to come back the next day. Their positivity truly makes the workout experience better, and the gym feel like a community.
Edit: I emailed back the owner, shown on the reply below, and that was about 1 week ago and still no reply. I parked on the East side of the building and someone side swiped my car and left with no note or anything. I asked if they had cameras and that side and they said no. Only facing the front of the building. That’s totally ridiculous. How are you going to only have cameras at one side of your building when the staff have told me other people have gotten hit with no camera footage on the other sides? I dont want anyone fired or anything like that, but please, put cameras on the sides or else this will happen to someone else.
I’ve had an awesome experience at EOS Fitness in Chandler. The gym is always clean, well-maintained, and has a great variety of equipment no matter what you’re training that day. The atmosphere is motivating without being overwhelming, and it never feels intimidating. I especially want to shout out Whitney, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to answer questions, explain things clearly, and made the whole experience feel welcoming from the moment I walked in. You can tell she genuinely cares about the members and takes pride in what she does. If you’re looking for a gym with great equipment, a solid environment, and staff that actually treats you like a person, EOS Fitness in Chandler is the place to go.
Aside from the price and the convenient location, this gym has nothing going for it. There is no towel service, so the equipment is constantly dirty. It is overcrowded most of the time, and broken machines sit for weeks before being fixed. I cannot recommend this specific location at all. Funny enough, even the manager mentioned that other EOS locations are nicer. Go figure.

I’ve been a member at EŌS Fitness for over 6 months, and from day one, the front desk team—especially 💪Chris 💪 and ✨Brooke✨—have made me feel seen and supported. They didn’t just greet me; they watched me transform. Their friendly customer service and encouraging words were a consistent boost during my weight loss journey. Every warm welcome reminded me I was on the right path. The gym itself? Straight-up a vibe. The lighting is perfect, the energy is high, and the community is strong. If you’re looking for a gym that feels like home and pushes you to be your best ( All The Trainner’s are Fantastic ✨🙏✨🫶), this is it.
