Quincey is amazing! She was able to set us up with the most BEAUTIFUL tent at the last minute for a very large wedding party. We didn't plan for uncooperative weather, and the beautiful tent saved the day! Thanks for all your help and for the excellent set up and take down! The tent was a hit!

I usually go through Event Rents for all of my tent rental needs and have always had wonderful experiences with them. Recently, I decided to try a different vendor because they also offered large games that I was interested in. I thought it would be easier to do both tents and games through one company—but it turned out to be a huge mistake. That vendor was incredibly stressful to work with and made the entire event experience far more difficult than it needed to be. This was a real lesson learned, because every time I’ve worked with Event Rents, the process has been smooth, professional, and reliable. Their customer service and care set them apart, and it made me realize I don’t ever want to work with anyone else. I truly appreciate this company and will continue to use them for all of my rental needs going forward. We used Event Rents for our wedding the other weekend and they made for a seamless and stress-free experience. They were easy to communicate with and quick to respond when we were figuring out the types and quantities of rentals we needed. The delivery/setup and pickup/teardown processes were very smooth both days. They were right on time, double checked before staking the tent if there were any underground wires/cables, and very professional.

Events Rents is ton-notch, the real deal. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, have excellent communication, and overall such lovely people!! I have worked with them in the past for work events so when it was time to rent for my own wedding, I knew I wanted to work with them. We rented almost everything for our reception through them and we felt so taken care of. Their years of experience really shine through every step of the way. In addition to the amazing people you get to work with, the rentals themselves really made our reception look beautiful!! My favorites were our colorful tablecloths and our tent. The tablecloths were so vibrant and made a huge impact with little effort and the tent was so beautiful (highly recommend getting the bistro lighting), it really elevated our wedding! I would 100% recommend Event Rents and hope to work with them again in the future!
