Came in to get glasses today. The staff were very friendly and attentive. It took less that 1 hour to get my new glasses and that includes my eye exam! Very professional and would recommend to anyone in the area!
I can’t believe it’s taken so many years to write a google review for this place. I have known the owner CEO Stacy for 14 years now and every time I come to her, I feel at home. Welcomed and comforted even if it’s just me coming to her for glasses and eye exams. Her team Alicia and Noa are very attentive to the customer’s needs. It’s a great plus that they have their in house optician so that you don’t have to make a separate visit. I hope this gem never disappears!!
My son had an eye exam and was wearing contact lenses for the first time. The staff patiently helped him slowly put them in for the first time on his own. My son is a bit timid, so it took a long time for him to successfully put them in, but they cheered him on until the end. They even brought him a glass of water to help him relax. All the staff members were so kind. My whole family went there, and they even gave younger siblings snacks! Such a nice place!!
This optical shop is truly the best! I first came here to get my own glasses, and since then, my son and daughter have also had their glasses made here. Now I even buy my contact lenses from them, and my wife has become a loyal customer too! The service and kindness from the entire team always make us feel welcome and cared for. Every visit leaves us happy and satisfied. I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation it’s a shop that truly feels like family😊
