I’m a lieutenant with the U.S. Army Reserve and have been training with Tiger for a long time now. As an officer of the army I can truly say Tiger is a very gifted person. He truly knows how to motivate and encourage my level of training so that I never get bored or lose interest. The intensity is just right. The atmosphere is perfect. And his personality makes everything fun. It’s been over 3 years now and I just keep coming back for more!
I started training with Tiger about a year ago. He is a fantastic trainer! I have had a number of personal trainers in the past, but I can say that Tiger is the best that I have worked with in terms of his knowledge of exercise physiology/anatomy, his ability to structure workouts to my specific needs, and his ability to be extremely motivational. Tiger's workouts are also very interesting and fun. One of my favorite exercises is rope climbing; if you wish Tiger will teach you rope climbing with safe technique and it's very fun and rewarding. Only a few months after I started with Tiger I've noticed significant improvement in terms of muscle bulk, strength, and my upright posture to the point where friends and family started giving me positive comments. The bottom line is that Tiger is extremely professional, knows his craft, and will improve your health and well-being.
I was needing a trainer and a way to channel my energy whilst strengthening my body during a very trying period of my life. Tiger was sympathetic to my situation which I did appreciate Tiger’s gym was in walking distance from my place so I gave it a try. He is kind, very passionate, and a good trainer with the best of intentions. The gym itself is super clean and very well equipped. Bathroom was also clean and you can shower, if need. Tiger made sure to switch up my workouts so they were never boring, always fun. I also loved having Princess (his furry bodyguard) around for moral support. There were a couple of things that I found to be a little unprofessional. It’s likely that Tiger will recommend you to see his acupuncturist (whom I did 1 session with) and was great…with the exception that the acupuncturist shared personal information with Tiger from my session. Tiger would also make comments about health matters regarding his other workout clients. I think for the sake of maintaining healthy boundaries and professional relationships, it’s best to keep those matters private. If I were Tiger, I would also ask the acupuncturist not to share client information with him unless both Tiger and the acupuncturist receive the client’s consent first.
