Absolutely amazing experience here! For the front seat to the physicians everyone was so attentive. Lea you are the sweetest and never failed to answer my questions and make me appointments that worked with my schedule. Aspen, Thank you! The receptionist is so welcoming. It feels like she makes me feel like I there visiting a dear family member. Everyone is extremely friendly. My doctor gives me the impression that I’m her only patient. I would recommend this office to my closest friends.
Lea and Gardinia in the front desk are true gems. They are so friendly and kind. They set the tone for a remarkable patient experience. Often doctor appointments are so transactional, it often consists of checking in, making a copayment, and awaiting to be called. This office is unique in the sense that the Patient Specialists ( Lea and Gardinia), are eager to welcome you and engage you in conversation. They are both such a delight. If you are seeking a counseling/ therapist office with a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere then this is the place for you.
I do appreciate the Keurig coffee maker in the waiting room. Can ya'll provide decaffeinated coffee/tea as well? TY Update: They have decaffeinated coffee, yay!
I just wanted to share that Theresa Harper and Gwen, her MA are absolutely amazing! Especially Gwen. She goes out of her way to ensure that everything we need for our son’s care is taken care of. She’s empathetic, she’s knowledgeable, and caring. She’s an amazing person and Family Care Center is so lucky to have her! Theresa Harper, is also an amazing Psychiatrist. She’s actually listens to our concerns, and understands her responsibilities as a healthcare provider and really takes the time to ensure we’re getting the best treatment. Thank you to both of them for always taking care of us!
