Wow! I am totally amazed by my results after my first visit to We Whiten. It was a painless and very professional visit. I have never had my teeth whitened before and I could not believe the difference. I can’t stop smiling 😬
Pay attention to the negative reviews! They are all factual. I purchased 7 services from We Whiten and only used 4. I asked for a refund of the 3 unused services — a fair and reasonable request — but they refused. I made it clear I wasn’t asking for money back on what I already used, only the unused portion. Instead, they tried to delay and offered no resolution. They also never informed me of a 14-day refund policy until after I complained, and since my payments went through Affirm, they refused to adjust the financing even for services not provided. On top of this, the whitening results did not last — my teeth returned to their original color within a week. A business that truly believed in its product and valued its customers would stand behind both its results and its policies. Instead, I was left paying for services I never received and a treatment that did not work as promised. Update: I gave We Whiten multiple opportunities to resolve this privately, but they refused. I’ve since filed complaints with the BBB, the Texas Attorney General, and Affirm. Customers deserve to know this company hides behind rigid policies and Affirm financing rather than standing behind its services.
This place is amazing. Truman is the man! First day he explained everything and showed me how white my teeth would eventually be and he definitely was telling the truth. My teeth are extremely white and I am extremely happy. Truman has great customer service and delivers on his promises. I highly recommend We Whiten!
