I needed help with doing my printing & copying, Abby came over to help me through the process, listening with patience to my cumbersome instructions. When I picked up the final product next day it was PERFECT, I couldn't have asked for better service. It was a pleasurable experience. Thank you.
The staff has always been very helpful. I have worked with the print team a lot and they have been great!
They do not honor their committed SLA. Same day print..... my foot. Took them 12 hours to print 1 page. They finally notify me its ready to pick well after their ready by commitment and after they closed for business for the day. Don't give them your business. Go somewhere where they actually print the job in a reasonable amount of time.
Printing services Elias cashier 3029246 Great customer service very patient. Went in last night to print some poster pictures for my living room, was having a hard time converting the pictures into files he helped me out and demonstrated how to convert them into files. We were able to put in the order for the next day. I’m a visitor in San Diego but if I’m ever in town again and need something from staples I know who I’ll be looking out for! Thanks again Elias!
Great Staples location in the middle of Pacific Beach. Parking lot is very easy to get in and out of with plenty of space. Maybe it’s because no one comes here, but this was one of the best stocked staples I’ve seen in a while. Most of them have empty shelves everywhere. Very clean and easy to navigate store. I will definitely be coming back.
